Advantages
Two weeks before being published, the details of any new property from the Eastern Caribbean islands listed on our site will be emailed to you. Interested members informing us before publishing date will be listed chronologically. The property will have to be visited within one month after the planned publishing date. Within two week following the end of this delay (one month), the payment of a two percent commission on the value of the property will have to be secured (contact us for further details). Of course, during this period, the property will not be displayed on our site.
