We are looking for individuals residing on the islands, interested in joining our program.
Profile:
- Computer literate individual. (familiar with website creation, graphic design, Microsoft Access and FrontPage is a plus not a necessity)
- Possess or can acquire a digital camera.
- Be familiar with real estate or construction industry or trade
- Salary: on commission, 20% (1/5 of our commission of 6% on selling price)
- Good communication skills but not overconfident
- Disciplined, who can deliver in a timely manner
- An individual possessing his or her own small business and looking for expansion or diversification would be a good candidate. Must be ready to be mobile (within your island) when needed
